Outlook vs Agendus, Palm vs Windows OS

I run a small business that's growing fast and may get very large. I use the Treo 600 with Agendus (Palm and Windows versions that interact). I'm soon getting a Treo 700.

I'm thinking about going to Outlook instead of Agendus since it seems more generally compatible (Exchange, GoldLink) and may be more widely used in the future. But it has some limitations compared with Agendus.

(I don't know if Outlook will sync to two different computers -- ie: work and home -- but I know that so far Agendus does not. This would be a nice added touch but it's not that important.)

Also, the same question applies to deciding between Palm OS and Windows OS for the PDA.

A part of my criteria is what will probably be the popular/best choice down the road and whether it's worth getting going in that arena now. That's not a major consideration, though, really.

(As a footnote, I use files in Word-Outline View a lot and I don't know if the PDA version of Windows/Word will support that viewing mode.)

Opinions are invited please.

Thanks!
