Garmin iQue M5 OS upgrade?

I have a Garmin iQue M5 running Windows Mobile 2003. I was just wondering if the OS could be upgraded to either Windows Mobile 5 or 6 in order to run the newer Garmin XT 4.x.x.x software? Any tips
