Charging time?? when drained

My boss came back from a trip with his Blackberry 6210 battery totaly drained. How long will it take to charge the batteries?

About five hours using the USB cable, depending on whether it is on or not.

Actually, it supports "USB fast charging", so if you connect to the PC directly, it should charge in a little over an hour.

I have never heard of "Fast Charging." The manual for the device says "From an empty battery, a full charge can be achieved in approximately three to four hours." Mine, however, usually takes longer. Is there a trick to getting this enabled? I would assume it would be on by default.

never mind, I ended him giving him the battery from mine.

So now I have to wait 5 hours
