Great Phone/PDA
I've had the phone one week now. Still getting used to all the features. 3 different ways to go online. Color is Great. The Bad, when on-line uses way to much battery life. Setting up the mail very difficult. Verizon had $100 upgrade offer and Kyocera has $100 mail in rebate. well worth the cost, now I've gotten rid of the Visor and the old phone. Now one nice package.

GREAT PHONE BUT UNPREDICTABLE BEHAVIOR
Great Toy with tremendous potential but somewhat unreliable. I have owned it for a month. Replaced a Motorola V10 and Mobilon 4500 Handheld running windows pocket PC. When phone and palm are behaving and transitioning smoothly all of the great features make up for the increased weight. MP3 works great but transfer of files is slow and can take 20 minutes a song. Phone has required two hard resets and 4 soft resets for no reason. If away from desk top computer all stored data is lost with hard resets. Hot sync frequently requires multiple attempts reinserting the phone into the cradel and opening the software. Frequent error messages about un-open port despite correct settings. Not much warning when battery dies and the palm side is power hungry. Avoid generic batteries two different ones did not fit snug enough so tilting phone back caused loss of power. Kyocera batteries at 4 times the price work great. Overall no buyer's remorse here and well worth the $499 cost

Ringer & Handset Volumn
Just traded a V-60i for a 7135. One (of many) complaints about the V60 was its ringer and handset volumn. I suffer hearing lose so these were important items in selecting a replacement phone. The 7135 ringer and handset volumns are so load I have to set them both on midrange. The handset volumn was so load on high that the call could be heard across the room (with speakerphone off) Great phone IMO

N.A.
I am currently a Kyocera-6035. I think it is one of the better all in one phone on the current market. I get raves every where I display my phone. I work for the General Motors Corp. in Wentzville, MO. I am a team coordinator and I am always in meetings and counter acting with the working staff. I am ready to switch to your new model. But I do have some concerns. (1) Is the volume level for the ringers going to be much louder? (2) Is the viewing screen going to be more clearer? (3)Does 65,000 colors tranlate into "color?" If you would like, I would be more than happy to show off the new 7135 around our GM facility. Thank you, David E. Berry
