Need help with HandySurf or any internet downloading
I now have an 'onHand' watch but am unsure about how to get the HandySurf channels that I chose on the sign-up screen. It says, 'Update Channels completed! You are now ready to upload these channels to your watch.' But how do I upload them? I am very new to this. Can someone explain it step-by-step? Thank you

I think this watch is really cool. I just bought mine and it's well worth the money. I think it's cool how you can download games of the internet. I wish the screen was bigger, though.
It has a good joystick,also.

Onhand PC
I used a Casio databank watch for 8 years waiting for something like the Onhand to come out. This product is light years ahead of any other watch on the market. You couldn't get my Onhand away from me with a crow-bar! I just wish I knew computer programming so I could make this wrist computer do exactly what I want it to do such as spreadsheet functions.

I've had my Onhand for about a week now and am pleased with it. The only reservations I have are that there is very little useful english written s/w available for this machine. This will probably improve given time. As stated by a previous reveiwer it would be advisable to read the manuals thoroughly before even starting the machine up because there are several important points that are different to the processes used with a palm or CE machine (of which I own one of the latter). Another point is that the machine, due to its size and processor constraints, has a complex program installation routine so it would be sensible to get advice from other users before adding or deleting files as to where things should be put and what shouldnt be deleted. All in all this is a very good machine which deserves much more exposure and better marketing. I would very much like to see some IR connected peripherals such as a mobile phone or printer drivers.

I found the watch very easy to use. In onlty a week I have figured this gadget out. It's lot's of fun, and helps kill time on the train, or waiting in line at the bank. It's worth buying if you love lil gadgets and need to make easy reminders for meetings, events, etc. The downsides are, it takes a while to input text via the onscreen keyboard, so it is better suited for carrying data that was input on you computer or your palm. Also there are a few freeware apps you can download from the web and put into your computer, but I wish there were more! Also you can sync the onhandpc with another watch, or a laptop, but you can sync it with a palm pilot -major bummer.

The device is very nifty to look at, and comfortable to wear. The only downside, so far, is the very steep learning curve on the hardware side. Usually, when I buy a gadget, I do not bother to read the instructions; I just figure it out intuitively. That would be a mistake with onhandpc. The manuals are well written and long. There is a lot to know before you can use the little fellow. The software is similar to other products and easy to figure out. The cheapest freight cost on this item from the factory is almost $25.00. That is too high. The product does just about everything my Palms do, and it is a lot more fun to show folks. The screen is small. I have to wear glasses to see it clearly, but I am old. All of the controls work fine --- once you spend the time to learn the complex functions. It does what it says it does; all in a tiny package.
