What a find, just need the CD
I picked up the daVinci DV1 at a yard sale, with keyboard and everything. It works great but I don't have the CD to install on my computer.. Can anyone help?
or point me in the right direction as to where to get a new one..

Where can we get repairs?
Bought DV-1 on e-bay. Looks like it would do great for me to give to my grandson -- except, there's no instruction book identifying what icon is for what purpose. Loaded with syncro from our PC. Took all the info great -- but there are several straight, black vertical streaks visual down the screen. Can this be repaired? Where and how.

Good for its intended purpose
I have had a DV1 for 1 1/2 years now. I bought it for $20 from a K-Mart going out of business. It works flawlessly. It holds my phone numbers sorted by Personal and Business, it maintains important dates with an alarm, its a good calculator, calender, has a pretty good memo and to do function and has a good feel. In the palm, feels like a much more expensive machine. You can download the sync software and OS from www.royalinfo.com under PDA's, and it syncs "Most of the time" without a problem. However it does lack additional downloadable software, would be nice to have a game or two and maybe some other productivity type software. (And its possible with one Meg of Ram, 10 years ago we were running entire desktops with Win 3.X with only 4 Mb of Ram) As well I read a review on it and the review said it had E-Mail functionality, I dont know or see where. If anyone else knows, how about e mailing me with the answer. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 10 as far as PDA's go. Its worth $20 for someone that doesnt have a lot of money to spend on a PDA but wants one.

Not too bad?
Mine worked great for quite a while and then suddenly my DV4 locked up and I can't get it to reset itself. I'm very glad I synched it before it did this to me. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, can it be fixed other than throwing it away?

HELP!! need software DaVinci DV1
(I know what you thinking typical female), bought the DaVinci DV1, PDA - needed something basic in a hurry, did not check contents of packaging for software..... and caught plane back to South Africa. Please help, need software and cannot find any downloads. Is there any available yet?
