Convenience Like Never Before
The minute I saw the ad for this phone I knew I had to get it. I have absolutely no regrets. I LOVE my phone/pda and the features are fantastic. Being able to look up an address or any other piece of information, or take down a note all while speaking on the phone, is just excellent. The only other things that I would not mind seeing are an added MP3 player and a higher color resolution. But trust me when I tell you... I'm a very happy camper!

This phone does almost everything
You can put pictures on the phone. You can see missed calls, AIMs, Incomming, Outgoing etc... The only thing I haven't been able to do is wireless email.

Great Phone
So far, I have purchased 4 of them for my company. They have exceeded my expectations. I've hooked them into our corporate email system using ThinAirApps. Users love them. They sync up nicely with Outlook/Exchange. I have to disagree with one of the above opinions -- caller ID/last-call/call-list functions all work great. Best of all, the info is accessible via the palm interface for greater manageability. You can even manage your voice and text messages through the palm interface. The only possible negative is battery life -- about three days between recharge with normal usage. Fortunately, it comes with two batteries and a dual battery charger.

Can't see pictures
I like the phone very much. The sync feature is fast and smart, that I like a lot too. One thing I have to complaint about though, is that I was assuming that with all that color display and resolution the phone doesn't allow me to store and display simple pictures? That's too bad, because in most real color PDAs that feature is available, and necessary for my business.I just got the phone about 3 days ago, so unless I'm really sold by the other features I might have to return it.

Features & Sync.
I used the infrared feature to do my sync and it is fantastic. Talk a bout convenience and advanced. I don't even need “wires” and it’s syncing right up with my outlook. My only complaint is that as a phone it doesn’t even have some of the basic featured that all the standard phones do. What? Do the department not talk with each other? (Saving, identifying: missed, incoming and outgoing numbers against the database and a couple other small thing otherwise. I Love It.
