Description:
MyFormsGenie comes with a “Monthly Expense Tracking” form already set up so you can start using it immediately. All you have to do is go in and select what type of expense, business or personal, expense category such as groceries or entertainment, the amount, and enter a description of the expense, and save it. At the end of the month you send your self a .xls spreadsheet (or .CSV file) from your Blackberry and you have a summary of all your monthly expenses. MMG eliminates the need for paper forms for business and rekeying information collected by Blackberry users. Forms, Surveys, and Counting Templates can all be created online, saved on your desktop, and then reused or distributed company wide.
